Additions and Changes for Cider-CI Version 3.12 "Spitzmeilen"

• The new trial#debug page improves over and replaces the script#debug pages.
• Improve the database connection handling with respect to memory usage.
• Improve the default memory settings.
• Optimize the deploy project such that redeployments are performed much faster.
• Change the host-name and SSL certificate settings to be more flexible.
• Fix normalization of the compact notation.
