Add abort action and related functionality.
Jobs can be aborted: running trails will be terminated and set to be aborted afterwards, pending trials will be set to aborted immediately.
Jobs which become orphaned, i.e. they are only related to orphaned commits, will be automatically aborted.
The deploy and setup has been improved and documented.
